4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date and time.

5. Service Guarantees

While we strive to provide high-quality cleaning services, Complete Cleaning Service does not guarantee that all stains, odors, or issues will be completely removed. We will perform the services to the best of our ability based on the information provided and the property’s condition.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Access: You must ensure that our staff has access to the areas that require cleaning. Please remove any valuable or delicate items from the cleaning area.
• Safety: You are responsible for ensuring that the area is safe for our staff to work. Please inform us of any potential hazards or special requirements.

7. Liability

Complete Cleaning Service is not liable for any damage to property or personal belongings that may occur during our services, except where such damage is directly caused by our negligence. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Privacy
